Facade Improvement Grants!

The following Facade Improvement Grants were approved by the CRA at the June 24th, 2008 meeting.

- Wilton Simpson, 37924 Pasco Ave, formerly the Western Edge Store. The grant is for the amount of $7,500 for a new stucco finish on the building. Baldy Boyd State Farm Insurance will be moving into this building once the renovations to the building have been completed.

- Kiefer Village Jewels, 37850 Meridian Ave. The grant is for the amount of $6,691.08 for the removal of the grey tile on the lower half of the building and to re-stucco that portion of the building once the tile has been removed.

- The Green Apple Cafe, 14232 7th St, located inside of American Eagle Antiques. The grant is for the amount of $375 for signs.

- Florida Dog, 14012 7th St, located in the Downtown Commons Plaza. The grant is for the amount of $140.43 for signs.

- Andres Olaniel, 14012 7th St, located in the Downtown Commons Plaza. The grant is for the amount of $280.88 for signs.

- Garden Cafe, 14227 7th St. The grant is for the amount of $1,372.50 to repaint the building.
