Starrz of Tomorrow - Halloween Spooktacular

The Starrz of Tomorrow will be presenting a Halloween Spooktacular Pageant on October 5th at 1pm at the Clayton Hall in Dade City. Each contestant will be judged in Halloween Costume and Formal Wear; Costume = 50%, Formal Wear = 30%, Beauty = 10% and Stage Presence = 10%.
